A couple of years ago, I was fortunate enough to come into contact with the best multifamily broker in Michigan and quite possibly the best of the Midwest. Kelley and I were looking at a deal in Clio. I called the listing agent, who happened to be Al Beachum of Income Property Organization. We went on a tour of the Clio property, but we weren’t able to get a deal done. But what we did get done is form a great relationship with Al. This dude is the definition of “power”. He knows his craft. He knows his clientele and he knows the market conditions. Period.
