When we acquired this property we took it through a rebranding and renovation strategy to build equity in the investment. 2 years in the value of the investment has increased dramatically and we are waitlisted for new tenants.

Rivers Edge Apartments is located in Alma, MI along The Alma River Walk Trail and is only a short walking distance from, The Alma Public Library, Weekly Farmer’s Market, and Historic Downtown Alma. This community is part of a portfolio we offered to investors and is one of multiple communities we manage in Alma.
